No. 1837 in Class 41 by Government of India Under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade as Intellectual Property India and We use the ® symbol next to the trademark. It signifies that the trademark is registered and is protected from infringement under the Trademark Act, 1999. Registered trademarks mean a text, logo, design, or picture is legally registered with the Office of Registrar of Trademarks. And “NIED EDUCATION COUNCIL” is also registered under Section 23 (2) Rule 56 (1) Trade Marks Act, 1999 Trade mark Registration Number 4235243 J. No. 2042-0 in Class 41 by Government of India Under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade as Intellectual Property India and We use the ® symbol next to the trademark. It signifies that the trademark is registered and is protected from infringement under the Trademark Act, 1999. Registered trademarks mean a text, logo, design, or picture is legally registered with the Office of Registrar of Trademarks.  However, it indicates we as the trademark owner’s claim over the mark and its identity as being registered under the law.   This logo is far more than a mere graphical mark; it's the face of the brand and tool that fosters brand recognition, differentiates NIED EDUCATION COUNCIL from competitors, and communicates professionalism and trustworthiness.  It's the mark that stands the test of time and leaves an indelible impression on the minds of everyone.
