    The IT cell was established in the NIED COUNCIL IT CELL in the year 2012 and its training was commenced for the trainees. Today NIED COUNCIL IT CELL have computer lab which have been provided internet connected computers. Lab contains audio visual systems.

    Introduction
    Information Technology is the backbone of the success of every organization especially for an education institution. The IT cell of the NIED COUNCIL has been established with an objective to create a speedy and rapid functioning of the administrative work and academic and Non-academic or virtual activities. It is working with the existing infrastructure and manpower. The cell is trying to foster the growth of the NIED COUNCIL by maximizing the usages of Information Technology.
    The IT Cell look after the NIED COUNCIL work related with the Automation, Electronic Information Exchange, it also includes complete NIED COUNCIL Websites’ functioning such as uploading, unloading of information etc. The IT Cell also focus on the official E-mail id(s) management of the students, mentors and employees, online form filling and fee deposition (for admission and examination). Keeping in mind the need of the hour IT cell will take the responsibility of the implementation of the new trends in the system, such as Virtual Classes, Campus Network and campus Wi-Fi, Dark Zone removal etc. The cell will also facilitate on the more usages of the advanced information technologies and communication for avoiding the duplication of the work and hassle free functioning.
     
    Objectives
    - Facilitating the growth of NIED COUNCIL by speedup the work of Authorized Study and Ttraining Centres Networdk  nationwide and worldwide 
    - Facilitate of all centres with Wi-Fi facility
    - Establish NIED COUNCIL data Centre and mapping it with relevant Data Centre so information can be easily accessible for policy making.
    - Support e-Procurement related activities at the relevant.
    - Promotion of IT and IT enabled services for avoiding the duplication of the work with the help of the campus network and Internet.
    - Online availability of the Information through NIED COUNCIL official website.
    - Community welfare by providing timely information on the NIED COUNCIL website and Social media.
    - Establishing the Virtual Classroom for the expansion of academics and arrange Virtual Lectures (webinars) with the help of IITs and IIMs and Universities of reputes at National and International level.
    - Promotion of Information Technology education and Information Technology-based education
    - Automation and digitalization of the Affiliation Department and Examination Department.
    - Easy and safe access of information between students and faculties.
    - Promote good Governance practice.

     - To empower girl students.

  • Competitive Exams Preparation Cell


    NIED COUNCIL Competitive Exams Preparation Cell aims to encourage the students for general reading, general observation and thinking power for reasoning and courage for facing various competitive examinations. The primary focus is imparting training to the students for taking up career in administration. Every year the cell has been conducting various programmes and training to groom the students interested in government and administrative services.The separate reading facility through NIED COUNCIL Authorized Study and Training Centres has been provided for this purpose.
    The key elements to be offered under the Competitive Exams Preparation Cell are Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Personality Development, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge. Students have participated enthusiastically in the session of “Express Yourself” with the learning objective of improving communication skills.
     
    Aims & Objectives:
      - To motivate students for prospective career in Government and Corporate Sector.
     - The main objective is to make available a platform, for aspirants of UPSC, MPSC, and other competitive examinations, where they can get all the help and guidance they need.
      - To provide guidance in various examinations such as SET/ NET, Defence services, Banks, Railways, Public sectors and corporate etc.
      - To guide students for Group Discussion and Interviews.
      - To build among students a sense of awareness, provide guidance, necessary literature, brochure, and other information about various competitive examinations.
      - To conduct career development seminars and workshops on competitive exams.
      - To conduct mock interviews and train students in personality development and communication skills.
      - Arranging guest lectures on various topics by eminent personalities, to impart knowledge about various pressing issues of today and current affairs useful for examination preparation.
      - Providing comprehensive and quality study material and guidance for students who cannot afford coaching classes.
  • Personality Development Cell


    Personality and Communication Development Cell plays an important role in the attitude and behavioral changes among the students. Workshops and Guest lecture programmes are being conducted by the cell with good trainers and experts. The Programmes conducted by this cell helps the students to shape their personality, create self-awareness, identify their innate abilities, and guide them to become a successful teacher in future. The following programmes are conducted by this cell.
    The Personality and Communication Development Cell has been created for all round personality and professional development of students. At Authorized Study and Training Centres all students learn about various modes, moors, expression, skills and comprehension in their subject domain, carrying conduct and their excellence in industrial/ institutional careers and in society at large. The program of the NIED COUNCIL includes enhancing communication skills, using digital devices, preparing students psychologically to excel at interviews, competitions and develop an attitude for self learning and skill development to ensure better employability and livelihood.

    - To organize pattern of behaviours and attitudes that makes a person distinctive.
    - To develop a positive attitude in life by reducing stress and conflicts. 
    - To help students value positive qualities like punctuality, flexible, attitude, willingness to learn, friendly nature and eagerness to help others.

    Aims & Objectives
    - To facilitate admission of persons with disability by following Rules & Regulations and Policies of the States and Central Governments,
    - To provide counselling to differently-abled individuals in the NIED COUNCIL for better learning support,
    - To provide guidance to avail various fellowships / scholarships of different funding agencies,
    - To provide appropriate financial assistance to disabled individuals to increase their sustainability in higher education,
    - To create awareness about the needs of persons with disabilities and other general issues concerning disabilities,
    - To provide equal educational opportunities to disabled persons in the NIED COUNCIL,
    - To provide infrastructural needs By NIED COUNCIL Authorized Study and Training Centres to enable them to easily access classrooms, laboratories, toilets, etc for barrier free learning environment.
    - To provide special facilities in the NIED COUNCIL Authorized Study and Training Centres campus for differently abled persons under the programme of Integrated Education for Disabled Children by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India,
    - To encourage the NIED COUNCIL to start such type of courses through which differently abled persons are benefitted specially.
    - To provide information to the NIED COUNCIL authority about the Guidelines of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India for conducting written examination for Persons with Disabilities.
    -To explore the full participation and equality as well as suitable placement opportunities for educated disabled graduates in public as well as private sector enterprises as per the Acts, Rules & Regulations and Policies of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India (socialjustice.nic.in) for differently abled persons.
        (A) Acts:
        (i) Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 The Act provides for constitution of the Rehabilitation Council of India for regulating the training of rehabilitation professionals, maintenance of a Central Rehabilitation Register, recognized rehabilitation qualifications, minimum standards of educations etc.
        (ii) The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 It gives effect to the proclamation on the full participation and equality of the persons with disabilities in the Asian & Pacific Region and provides for their education, employment, creation of barrier free environment, social security, etc. The implementation of the Act requires a multi-sector collaborative approach by the appropriate governments, including various Central Ministries/Departments, States/Union Territories, local bodies.
        (iii) National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disability Act, 1999 The Act provides for constitution of the Board of the National Trust, Local Level Committees, Accountability and Monitoring of the Trust. It has provisions for legal guardianship of the four categories of the persons with disabilities and for creation of enabling environment for their as much independent living as possible.
     
    As per the guidelines Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, the "Disability" is classified in following categories:
    (i) Blindness
    (ii) Low vision
    (iii) Leprosy-cured
    (iv) Hearing impairment
    (v) Loco motor disability
    (vi) Mental retardation and
    (vii) Mental illness
  • Student Sports Cell


    Student Support Cell of NIED COUNCIL has been established from Academic year 2012-2013. This is a student centric cell which works mainly for the complete development & progress of students. This cell guides the students who need help to solve their problems. It has preserved a data of each undergraduate student focusing on general official information, year wise result, co- curricular & extracurricular excellence, participation & achievements etc.
     
    Participation in sports is useful to everybody to improve physical and mental fitness. Sports play a great role in everyone’s busy life especially for students. Being involved in the sports activities help us in getting protected with numerous diseases. It makes us more disciplined, patient, punctual, and courteous in life. It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and mentally strong so that we can easily deal with day to day problems. Both Sports and studies are very important aspects of our life and should be balanced to gain maximum output.
    The NIED COUNCIL Sports Cell was established with the objective to inspire students to be physically fit strong and energetic by engaging in physical and mental exercises, enhancing the sportsmanship attitude and learning of management principles. leadership, team work, problem solving etc. through participation in sports.

    To support the students for their all-round development & help them in the time of crisis.
     
    - Objectives
     - To promote broad-base of Sports in all NIED COUNCIL Authorized Study and Training Centres.
     - To promote over all development of students with the support of Physical Education activities.
     - The Physical Education Program will allow the students to participate in appropriate activities.
     - The Physical Education Program will develop and reinforce cooperative behaviour.
     - The Physical Education Program will teach the students to establish lifelong fitness goals.
      > To motivate students for their academic progress.
      > To encourage students for co-curricular & extracurricular participation at schools, colleges, universities & national levels.
      > To pay attention towards personality development of students.
      > To give psychological support, counseling if needed.
      > To maintain a record of academically weak or fail students & to make probable action plan if necessary for their better improvement.
      > To arrange guest-lectures on syllabus topics, morals, career guidance etc.
      > To preserve a record of monthly meetings of guardian teachers with their concerned wards.

  • Art and Cultural Cell


    Cultural Cell has been established to promote and develop skills of acting, singing, dancing, presentation, individual and group performance among the students. The NIED COUNCIL Cultural Cell organizes events, functions, competitions and various extra-curricular activities to enhance skills and instill values and life skills among the students and faculties throughout the academic year.
    The committee shoulders responsibility to encourage and train the students and bring out the hidden talents of the students that help them showcase their artistry in the field of performing and fine arts. The cell gives opportunities and provides platforms to students to overcome their inhibitions and exhibit their aptitude in the cultural area through its varied events .

    Aims
     - To respect and appreciate cultural diversity.
     - To celebrate a positive understanding of the different cultures across the wider community.
     - To promote the development of culturally responsible and responsive curricula.
     - To facilitate the acquisition of the attitudes, skills, and knowledge to function in various cultures.
     - To involve and cooperate with as many cultures, groups, and individuals as possible, thereby helping to eliminate barriers to social cohesion and inclusion.
     - To achieve social, political, economic, and educational equity.

    Objective
    The objective is to instill in students cultural sensitivities and sensibilities by conducting various collaborative activities. Students are encouraged to showcase their cultural art forms and learn about others simultaneously. The club offers an environment for students to acknowledge and respect each other’s differences and similarities and thrive together harmoniously.
    The organizing and managing of events at the institutional level will help students develop a feeling of camaraderie among them and infuse leadership qualities in them. Students will be able to explore the creative, aesthetic, and unique sides of their personalities.

     

  • Career Guidance Cell


    The aim of NIED COUNCIL Placement Cell to build a strong interface between industry and students. A team of professionals who have rich corporate experience apart from having good training skills. We have a responsible for coordinating the placement activities for NIED COUNCIL students. Cell with committee members representing the students. NIED COUNCIL provides full placement support to its students in all in its areas of professional education - Technology, Management, Technical Education, Skill Development etc. The underlying objective of NIED COUNCIL for higher education is to create and transfer knowledge for the welfare of the society.

    Internship training is core part of curriculum at NIED COUNCIL to give live exposure and hands-on experience at workplace. Students at NIED COUNCIL are provided opportunity do intern ship/training at leading institutions & corporate to make them job ready before the final placement.

    The NIED COUNCIL Career Guidance and Internship Cellprovides relevant academic / non-academic and career information to enable Students to make informed decisions along the way. Our focus is to provide learning/training opportunities in the areas of academic, career and personal/ Social development and to prepare students to meet their future challenges. Career Guidance and Internship Cell of the NIED COUNCIL is constituted with a placement officer and faculty members of the college to provide necessary guidance and information to the students in shaping the future career. The team keeps up to date with employment trends and options to ensure quality advice to students.It provides commendable services in areas of Campus Interviews; Job Placements and training programmes for our students that enable them to develop applicable skills in the competitive job market. Career Guidance and Internship Cell also organizes Workshops and Seminars on Personality Development, Interpersonal Relationship, Communication Skills, Interview Skills and Presentation Skills to enable the All Round development of individuals. Eminent resource persons from various sectors and esteemed institutions are invited for providing training to the students.     Budget, Salary of staff through outsourcing agency posted in NIED COUNCIL, Payment/ Pre-audit of Bills, Fee Collection/ Depositing in Bank, Issue of Cheques for Main etc. And other relevant work pertaining to Accounts of the Council i.e. Expenditure Register/ Income Register/ New Pension Scheme/ Provident Fund Accounts of Staff/ Advance from Provident Fund.
    The office discharges the duties under the kind control and direction of the Honorable Director General and the Registrar as per the rules and regulations mentioned in NIED COUNCIL Calendar and Accounts Code and as per the provisions of incorporation Act, the decisions of Finance Committee, Executive Council and Court.
    The office maintains record of accounts such as vouchers, cash book, receipt Books, ledger, day book, expenditure register and other relevant record relating to Accounts Branch.
    The office records and provides information regarding the office to the seekers as and when needed, with the approval of competent authority.

By doing excellent work in the field of education and social service and by establishing a study and training center in digital, self-reliance and direction were provided to the youth through employment-oriented programs in which the Government of India's Indian Post for the study of social justice and best work in various social services. Incorporated by the department. The stamp was released on 25 July 2023 from the National Philatelic Museum, Dak Bhawan, Sardar Patel Chowk, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. Even before this, along with which he has been recognized by various institutions during his non-tribal school education. Former President Shri APJ Abdul Kalam has been honored with Presidential Oscar (Scout) on 21st December 2005.
