Certificate/ Diploma or Marksheet Verification

•► The Certificate/ Diploma / Marksheets can be verified only by an employer/ Head of the Institution/ The Embassy or High Commission/ Reputed Foreign/ Indian Credentials Verification Agencies and any other agency specified by the academic council. The concerned office who wants the verification shall have to make formal request along with the photocopy of the Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheets or Both.

•► The application/ request for the Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheets or Both verification be addressed to Controller of Examinations/ Director (Evaluation) NIED COUNCIL, G01-G02, Near HP and Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Main Road Vatika, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India – 303905

•► No Personal request for verification is entertained.

•► The verification process takes at least Thirty working days in Normal and Fifteen Working days in Express Mode.

•► Verification of Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheets gets delayed as many times the VERIFICATION AGENCY does not make payment of the required online fee. In such cases, the student must share the copy of the fee receipt with Examination Branch at the email ID given below.

•► The verified document will be sent to the office from where the request has been received (not by hand). NIED COUNCIL is not responsible for Postal delay or missing of documents, if any.

•► Upload all supporting documents in a single Pdf file which should be legible and clear, blur documents will be considered an incomplete application.

•► Documents (Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheets or Transcript) issued by the Council are verified by the Council, on payment of the following fees-

•► Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheet can be verified Online thorough verification of student zone menu in official website by entering enrollment number and select exam.

•► Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheet can be verified Online QR code printed in bottom left side of every certificate for Online Verification of Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheet. Mark sheet also shows the detail of student and achievement module.

•► Physical/ by Post : Certificate/ Diploma and Marksheet can be verified by sending post with verification application letter without any verification fees to Our Official correspondence address as given on website.

•► Online Centre Status Verification :- It is simple to verify Your  NIED’s Authorized Training Centre online anytime, and from anywhere. You have to visit - www.nied.co.in and click on franchise than choose center list. In the list you can search your Study and Training Centre details and status.

•► Online Student Details Verification :- It is also very simple to verify any students details online anytime, and from anywhere. You have to visit - www.nied.co.in  and click on student and choose  student details verification a dialog box will be open where you have to fill Students Form Number  OR Registration Number after fill either one column click on submit. Student Details (Name, Father  Name, Reg. No, Date, Status, course, Duration, Training Center, Exam Result etc.) with photo will be displayed.
